What We Offer

Pro Boxing

Our professional boxing pathway is a structured camp environment built for boxers who are committed to progressing into the professional ranks.

This is a long term development journey led by Scott Welch, former British & Commonwealth Champion and World Title contender, alongside Anthony Brown, who has worked with elite fighters including Chris Eubank Jnr.

Boxers enter a performance focused camp where training, preparation, and progression are planned around their individual career pathway. Every element is designed to reflect the demands of professional boxing, from technical development and conditioning to fight preparation and lifestyle standards.

We guide each boxer through a clear journey from amateur to professional, building consistency, resilience, and elite habits. This is not casual training. It is a committed programme for boxers who are serious about their future in the sport.

This pathway exists to develop competitive, disciplined, and professional athletes ready to step into the professional arena.

Amateur Boxing

Our amateur boxing programme is built on a proud history of over 80 years and a proven record of producing multiple national champions.

We are recognised as one of the leading boxing gyms on the south coast, known for developing high level competitors while maintaining the values that make boxing a powerful sport.

Boxing here is more than fitness. It is a disciplined pathway that builds strong, confident, and focused athletes. Our programme develops technical ability, physical conditioning, and mental resilience, preparing boxers to compete at the highest amateur levels.

We have a long standing reputation for excellence, built through generations of fighters, coaches, and champions. When you join our gym, you become part of a legacy that continues to shape the future of boxing on the south coast.

Fitness and Technique

This programme is the foundation of our amateur boxing pathway and a place for the community to learn, train, and grow.

Fitness and Technique is designed for adults and those new to boxing who want to build skills, confidence, and fitness in a safe, welcoming, and performance driven environment.

You will learn correct punching technique, combinations, footwork, defence, and ring movement while improving cardio fitness, coordination, and full body strength. Training is structured to challenge you at your own level while supporting steady progression.

This programme provides the technical base and physical conditioning needed to move into amateur boxing or to continue training as part of a strong and supportive boxing community.

Youth Boxing

Our youth boxing programmes use boxing as a tool to create structure, confidence, and opportunity for young people who are looking for direction, purpose, and a sense of belonging.

Delivered in partnership with WBC Cares UK, these programmes support young people who may be struggling to find their community or positive networks. Boxing becomes the gateway to learning discipline, responsibility, respect, and self belief.

The focus is not only on developing boxing ability but on building life skills that last far beyond the gym. We support young people to grow in confidence, improve wellbeing, and move towards positive pathways in education, training, and employment.

This is about more than creating champions in boxing.

This is about creating champions in life.

Little Champs

Little Champs is our boxing programme for children aged 5 to 10 and is the first step in our youth pathway.

These sessions introduce the basics of boxing in a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can build confidence, coordination, and discipline through movement and play.

Our focus is on helping children enjoy being active while learning respect, listening skills, teamwork, and self belief. Boxing is used as a positive structure to develop both physical ability and emotional resilience.

Little Champs is about more than learning to punch. It is about creating strong foundations that help children grow into confident young people and future champions in boxing and in life.

Adaptive Boxing

Adaptive Boxing is our inclusive boxing pathway for people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and wheelchair users.

This programme has been developed to remove barriers and ensure that people of all abilities can access safe, high quality boxing training within a supportive and respectful environment.

We are committed to increasing accessibility, inclusion, and diversity within boxing and to welcoming everyone into our gym. Training is adapted to meet individual needs while maintaining the structure, discipline, and standards of boxing.

Adaptive Boxing is fully integrated into our boxing community and pathway, ensuring that all participants have the opportunity to train, develop, and belong.

Female Boxing

Our female boxing programme is designed to create a welcoming and empowering space for women to train, develop, and progress in the sport of boxing.

We recognise that boxing has traditionally been male dominated, which is why we have created clear pathways for women to join, build confidence, and enjoy the sport in a supportive environment.

These dedicated classes focus on fitness, technique, and skill development, while also offering progression into amateur and performance boxing for those who wish to compete.

Female Boxing is about strength, confidence, and community, providing a space where women can train safely, feel supported, and take their boxing journey to the next level.

Fight Club

Fight Club is our official white collar boxing pathway, designed for those who want to experience high level boxing in a structured and supportive environment.

Led by coaches with decades of experience across amateur and professional boxing, this programme gives you access to the same standards, knowledge, and training culture that has produced multiple national champions.

Fight Club provides a clear route into competitive boxing while building fitness, confidence, and technical ability. You will train like a boxer, develop real skills, and prepare for competition with guidance from an experienced coaching team.

This is the place to challenge yourself, build belief, and step into the ring with confidence.

Parkinson’s Boxing

Our Parkinson’s Boxing programme has been running for over two years and supports a growing community of people living with Parkinson’s.

This programme uses research informed boxing training as a proven intervention to help improve mobility, coordination, balance, and confidence while supporting overall wellbeing.

We provide both daytime Parkinson’s sessions and an evening Early Onset Parkinson’s session, creating accessible options for people at different stages of their journey.

Parkinson’s Boxing is about staying active, connected, and empowered. It is a supportive community that helps people keep moving and take the fight to Parkinson’s.

Over 50s Boxing

Our Over 50s Boxing programme is designed for those who want to stay active, build confidence, and learn the skills of boxing in a safe and welcoming environment.

These sessions focus on fitness, technique, and mobility while being tailored to individual ability and experience. Whether you are completely new to boxing or returning to the sport, training is adapted to support your goals and needs.

We take time to understand you, your background, and your aims so that your boxing journey is personal, enjoyable, and sustainable. Over 50s Boxing is about movement, connection, and continuing to grow through sport.
